Black bean and Corn Salad

1 (19-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 c corn kernels
1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro
1 garlic clove, minced
2 T fresh lime juice
2 t olive oil
1 t ground cumin
1/2 t chili powder
1/2 t salt
In medium bowl, combine ingredients. Refrigerate, covered, at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.Tags:
